I know this is off topic(sorry) but I need to know this. In another thread someone said that to get this statue you need to get a * ranked mission. When do you get that?

sweet, cream, I don't know how to answer your question. I have done * rank missions, but no statues ontained. my guess is that you have to move along with the story, and one of the * rank mission will have something to do with it.
