yeah, you need to befriend ho-oh, to go on with the story, after latias and latios, or you can befriend the legendary birds. whatever you prefer. the birds are easier, but there are three of them so you get the idea. also you need surf waterfall and dive to go on with the latios latias plot, and the mirage pokemon (AKA h-oh) plot.
if at first you don't suceed skydiving is not for you
