You get them from missions on the Bulletin Board or in your mailbox.

Three or more words in a post or its spam.To get the friend areas easy just use the wonder mail codes that automatically give you the mission.Some friend areas you get by defeating and recruiting a boss.

IF anyone is Wondering HOW to get Legendary Island as a Friend Area, you have to get ONE of the THREE birds to join you by battling them 2 - 3 times, then if they do get on your team, you'll Automatically get Legendary Island friend area after!

THANK YOU PIMPBLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been trying for weeks to get legendary island, and even started a topic, but whenever I ask people just ignore me. no, you can't do that for all legendaries, some like the legendary dogs, or mew, or latios/ latias you have to buy the area for.
