ok i just got to the part where i have to face raikou and im working on getting the 3 legendary birds i have zapados and moltres but when i go to articunos place hes not there y?

I'm not sure what your problem is but i'm pretty sure that youre going to mt.freeze.Am I correct?If so then your going to the wrong place.What you have to do is instead go to the frosty forest.At the end of the dungeon,youll face Articuno.
