Leaf Stone: Wish Cave can be bought from Kecleon Shop in the higher levels
HM Rock Smash: Buried Relic :LV 45 (Locked Door).
HM Strength: Buried Relic LV 60 (Wall).
HM Flash: Buried Relic LV 70 (Locked Door).
HM Cut: Buried Relic LV 80 (Locked Door, Water, Wall).
Wide Slash: Far-Off Sea LV 50 (key needed)
Vacuum Cut: Far-Off Sea LV 72 (key needed)

I know one way the unfortunate seed is valuable. Charizard learns Wing Attack at LV.36. But it evolves at that level. And in Blue and Red, It can't learn Wing Attack. So you use the seed to move Charizard back to level 35, and level it up one point. And it learns wing attack.

i confirm! COMMON SENSE YOU GUYS!!!! The Leaf Stone is in Forests!(except frosty forest!). but, can't you put THAT together? wouldn't you THINK to know that a Leaf Stone is in Leafy type places? such as, Purity Forest, MAYBE Pitfall Valley, Howling Forest, and a BONUS!!! If you go to Jirachi in Wish Cave, he'll grant you a Wish! i don't know, but, you MIGHT GeT lucky!

yes, Blazeblitz IS right, BUT, HOWEVER! Cut, and Flash, you can ONLY get by having a GHOST type to walk through that wall!

also you can use mobile scarf and rock smash to get through walls. it's not unfortunate seed its doom seed, and the only ones I have found are in joyous tower and in purity forest in kecleon shops, and even then I can't find many. I have only ever got two of them, but I died in purity forest after I bought the seed, and I couldn't keep it. also, leaf stones are not in purity forest pitfall valley howling forest, tiny woods, uproar forest, basiccally there not in leafy places.
