Hey I lost my wish stone!? Thanks dumb gengar I was escorting him to ninetales man He can't fight for his life!? What does wish stone do anyways? How do you get silver trench?

Why don't you post on the other board.
When you see Jirachu, You can use the wish stone to get
10,000-18,000poke
move up one rescue rank
and two more things I'll do some searching.
You won't be able to befriend Jirachu if you use the wish stone. But you can always do the dungeon again.
To get the Silver Trench:
Clear Stormy Sea
Clear Pitfall Valley
befriend Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno
talk to Alakazam at Square
visit bird's friend area
talk to them

once again awesome shark posts good info and obi gets mad. I'm not sure what the wish stone does either, but to go up a resue rank, wow! what if youre lucario rank? what happens then? lol do you go up to shiny lucario rank lol

Well you don't get to choose what to get when you use the wish stone when meeting with Jirachi, you can't recruit until next time,
