For better succesion of recruiting legends, here it is: you need Lucario rank for most legends, but not always, and, if you STILL can't recruit that legend, bring your HIGHEST LEVEL pokemon to defeat him!!! and, another way(if you STILL haven't recruited him, you'd be smart and get the Freind bow, Mt. Faraway floor 30... need a key to open...!). if i haven't answred any of your questions about an legendarys, post a question about them below, and i'll answer it in NO time!!

Actually i dont think lucario rank is really needed but it helps. I got kyogre at bronze, groudon at gold, mewtwo at platinum, legendary birds at bronze, and ho-oh at gold and the highest lvl pokemon that i used was 50 something and im still platinum rank right now(I used friend bow for groudon, ho-oh, and mewtwo just to be safe)(my charizard is lvl 72 now).
