You have to clear the dungeon twice before recruiting it.

You must be above Lv30 w/ Friend Bow, and at least Lv60 w/o Friend Bow. If you meet all those prerequisite, you only need some luck.

you need to get lucario rank keep doing rescue missions and you will reach it then go to the pokemon square

fer a record, ive had all the legendaries for the last year now. since December 31st, 2006, ive had every legendary pokemon in PMD.

well, grammatical reasons in sentence,
and the Friend Bow doesn't help much, even if your Lv. 100, Lucario Rank, and still holding the item. its all depicted on luck. Rayquaza and Groudon are just pure luck to obtain, same with Deoxys

Hi I need help finding and catching Mew! I went through the dungeon twice with friend bow and only saw mew once. He didnt join my team either! Right now I have all the legends except lugia, deoxys, and mew. Im catching lugia in silver trench now, so really i just need help on mew. please help me

i got realy luckey i got Entei on the first try,i was sceptile lv 75 with the friend bow.
i wish i would have that type of luck with Groudon. sigh.
