I completed the STORY mode, I have no idea what i should do now. Should I try and do Stromy Sea, Recruit some Pokemon (Like Bagon WHERE IS BAGON?) Someone suggest something.

Have you fought Kyogre?
A Bagon can be found in the Lapis Cave.

Do Stormy Sea, obtain Surf on 20F of Solar Cave (Pokemon walk on water needed). You may also want to recruit legendary Pokemon.

Bagon is also at the place known as Wyvern Hill (sp?)
