after i beat Mt. Practice do i get cressella and manaphy on my team right also how do u get tho the regi caves it keeps bringing me bak to the same place at that rock ?

in the regi caves you have to get the right unown stones and place them in the rock. then you go to rock. steel. then the basement with reggigas
