Mew, Registeel, Groudon, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Dialga, Palkia, Heatran, Regigigas, Giratina, Cresselia, Phione, and Manaphy.

i started yesterday and ive only got mesprit uxie azelf articuno kyogre and groudin but i cant figure out how to make the stone plate work. do u know how?

You just have to have it in your bag. Then, if you're in the right dungeon where a legendary is located only with the Stone Plate, will appear and you can attempt to recruit it. It will take a long time to recruit them.
