wat item is needed 4 a friendship evolution

i dont think you need an item for a friendship evo.i think you just need to spend lots of time in dungeons and stuff with that pokemon.but im not sure.

Increase IQ of the Pokemon evolve w/ Happiness in normal game to 2 stars, then equip it with a evolution item (if needed) to evolve.

For a friendship evolution, you would need to raise the pokemon's IQ up to or more than 2 stars. Pokemaster, you do need to go to Luminous Spring to evolve.
May make random appearances every-so-often. Trying to officially return...

You forgot that Riolu in normal game needs happiness at day time to evolve. So in this game, you need to give it Sun Ribbon when the IQ condition is met to evolve.

In PMD friendship evolutions are IQ related. Get the IQ to a certain point(I think 4 stars) and take them to the area where they evolve.(Not sure of the name)
