i have defeated the guild for graduation and i dont know what 2 do next i want to evolve but im just stuck i dont know where to start some 1 please help

Well, after you graduate, you will (sooner or later) see a Mr. Mime in Treasure Town...
He will tell you about Scizor, whom you will end up rescuing.
