Dream Team

What team of 2-4 pokemon do you think would be close to undefeatable? Please note who is the leader, and why you think they are undefeatable.

A good PMD (main game is very different) team has Pokemon that can cover you from behind with 2-tile or room range moves, has speed up move, and the leader has IQ Skill and/or move that can hit many Pokemon at the same time.

This team of mine is not unbeatable, but it's quite good in most situations.
Charizard: Heat Wave, Wing Attack, Flamethrower, Slash
Pikachu: Discharge, Thunderbolt, Agility, Quick Attack

They are not my leader and partner, and I use many other Pokemon, but they have the ideal moveset.

Thats a nice team, have you thought about evolving your pikachu though? If you can't find a thunderstone, here:

I mistakenly wrote Pikachu, I evolved it, though. Thanks anyway (I know where that mission comes from).

do you now? where? i found it in a random rescue request on the board thingy

It's from the generator, the game only allows mission from 2F in Beach Cave, and in the list of item rewarding for E rank mission does not have Thunderstone.

I always liked to start with a fire pokemon or a fighting type. an water is good to go with that.

I think tortera should be leader because he is ground and grass. I think you should you should have swapert to back tortera's wekness. And then sissor beccause of his speed and moves to help your deffense, attack, ect...

Oh I forgot to mention, not having any forms of starter pokemon

What's wrong with starter Pokemon? In this game, their stats are quite high. Some are comparable to legendaries and many other Pokemon.

to start with i believe it is best to go with a grass pokemon, turtwig worked well for me so far, crunch, razor leaf, giga drain, mega drain
