In fact, you only battle the computer-controlled team that you download from your friend. So it's not really battling.

You must have Wifi or a friend that is nearby to do this. First, choose Trade Team, choose Send Team if you want your friend has your team OR Receive Team if you want to battle your friend's team. Then choose Wifi if he's nearby or Nintendo WFC if your friend is somewhere else. Choose Friend (you must have been added your friend's code before being able to choose this option) or Anyone. Wait for connection [I don't know what happens next here]. When you receive a team successfully, it will be available in Marowak Dojo.

I haven't battled any teams on Wi-fi, but I battled my bro with time (He had Garchomp, Tyranitar, Metagross, and Ryyperior) and I won! (I had Lucario, Marowak, and Poliwrath. 3 on 4 and I won! Yay!)We were all lvl 60's - 62's.

If your brother's team is controlled by him, you won't have an easy win. The fact that his team is controlled by computer gives you the chance to survive.

They are computer-controlled, as dumb as ever. They normally stand no chance against you unless their stat are significantly higher than you.
