Well this is some bull....

Ok so, I got this game a while back, got to Groudon on the Upper Steam Cave, couldn't beat him, so I started over with new Pokemon. This time I chose Totodile (Me) and Charmander (Partner). So I figured I'd have an advantage, but for some utterly retarded reason my attacks (like Water Gun) with Totodile only do like 6 damage, but Charmander's Fire attacks do like 20 to 30 damage. Is there somethin' wrong with this picture? What's up with this? Any help on beatin' him?

Very simple, the weather. Groudon's Drought make the weather Sunny and cuts down your Water type attack by half and increases power of Fire by 1.5x. Please note that Super-effective in this game doesn't have the multiplier of 2 (but it's 1.7x instead). Just make a calculation and you will see the big difference.

Well I beat him. But now I can't beat those 9 Luxio and Luxray on Amp Plains! Worst part is, I don't have any Reviver Seeds! Any help?

Recruit Electrike for Thunder Wave. I was able to beat it easily because I got a mission with Venomoth as recruit. Some other people beat the clan with Geodude and Magnitude.

Already beat it, thanks. All I had to do was go back to the guild and train a bit then it was simple. I'm all the way to Brine Cave now...
