im stuck on palkia

palkia has dragged me off to spacial rift and i can't go back to treasure town to get more golden seed wonder mails so the only option i have is keep going up the dungeon training my pokemon up. it would take ages though because my pokemon and partner are both level 70 please someone help me!

i know this kind of thing is supposed to be posted onto the questions part of the game but for some reason the website stopped me from posting the question and it told me to come here so here i am.
