I'm a lvl. 55 Squirtle with the Torrent ability. My moveset is: Brine, Water Gun, Hydro Pump, and Aqua Tail.
My partner is a lvl. 55 Pikachu with the ablility Static. His moveset it: Thunderbolt, Discharge, Wide Slash, and Thunder Wave.

Try getting some sleep seeds and a vile seed and use them on Dialga. Also bring a lot of reviver seeds.You might want to use Thunder Wave as well. Hope this helps.
