I graduated from the guild and recruited Dialga but now i cant do anything. also, how do u get to da Darkrai mission?

Talk to Mr.Mime in town. You are then allowed to go to the next dungeon.
After you finish that mission, do random missions for a few days, then go to the Guide. The story then carries on till you meet Darkrai.
