Every time u want to go to the Tempral(spelling) Tower do u always have through the hidden land first

Thats the way the game goes. I guess it's to show that it is a "hard dungeon" when you first complete the game

You have to recruit Dialga, Palkia, and Manaphy before you can evolve your hero/partner.
