So I Beat Darkrai, Manaphy Came Back and Went and Got the Treasures at Marine Resort.. they said after that i could Evolve at Luminous Springs... I'm A Turtwig and My Partner is a ChimChar ... IDK What to do now...

Well, you only have a third of the puzzle solved. To evolve, you also need to recruit Dialga and Palkia. Pros: They will never object to joining you. Cons: You must go through their dungeon(s) and beat them again.
