What are you trying to ask? Wonder Mail for them? How to use Wonder Mail? Or what the Pokemon are?

No, he wants the locations of the pokemon. He has the Wonder Mail, he just needs to know where to find them. Unfortuneately, I don't know.

Use "where" to ask for the location next time...
Burmy (Plant): Lush Prairie
Burmy (Sand): Apple Wood
Burmy (Trash): Oran Forest
Buneary: Foggy Forest
Rotom: Midnight Forest

Correct me if I'm wrong, but "Darkness exclusive" simply means they're exclusive (without wondermail) in the darkness version of PMD2.

Basically..
You can't obtain those three in Time. They aren't naturally occurring in those dungeons in Time, like they are in Darkness.
