How do you recruit Jirachi, Suicune, and Mortres, if you cant take the Secret Slab or Mystery Part into Final Maze?

They will appear for you w/o the SS/MP, as simple as that. Jirachi will be on 23F, Suicune 29F, Moltres 40F.
