im level 27 wwith me a squirtle and charmander both level 27 and level 25 absol am i strong enough for groudon? and how many floors are in the magma caverns?

ok there are 26 floors overall and if you link two good water moves you proberbly could beat him rather easaly just make sure you stock up on reviver seeds and other stuff to help you get to him.
