I have a question

Hey I was wondering, where do I get the first legendary bird matter of fact where do I get my first legendary pokemon at? Do I have to beat Stormy Sea first or what? can someone please help me out with my question because i don't have the TM Dive anymore and for some reason I can't get very far in Solar Cave because every one is so strong but I'm level 34 and I'm a Wartortle so I hardly take any damage and my partner Charmeleon deals out a lot of damage but I'm just not sure how I can make it to floor fifteen?

tm dive is located in solar cave floor 10 (you need a key which is randomly placed on the previous floors

After you beat the game you just need to go defeat the legendary birds there in the same area and wih a 2 star party and then normaly thell ask to join your team. Dive is located in solar cave don't know which floor but theres a key you need to pick up.

just take heaps of revive seeds, huge apples, oran berries and some max elixers, also bring two escape orbs just incase.
