I have now finally find out what a ball capsule and seal was, but i can't figure out how to get the capsules. All I can read is that it should be finding in the pc, the same with the mails, but they son't. can anybody help me?

Did you get the Seal Case from the lady in the house in Solaceon Town? It the house closest to the Ruins. Once you get that, go to your PC and go to where your mails at and then you can use seals to make Ball Capsules.
