I know it definitely will. It is the first game to do this! (pokemonwise) This is gonna be awesome! But trading through wifi...what if its some random guy you never knew? And you wanna trade back? You'll never find him again. It is nothing like it used to be through links.

Well who know how its going ot happen as far as trading goes. I guess as the time closes in on the release of D/P. We will know even more on how trading really is gonna go down even more.

i like the idea of battling over wifi
does it require a friend code? so i could play some of my pals in eng? (recently moved to ireland)
+ i got wifi 2 days ago, and now i dont look at sky news, i go to news channel on the wii (just until novelty wears out)

this is why "voice chat" is granted in this game, so you can get that persons friend code, if you everd had second thoughts, and everd wanted to trade again/battle

no, Im positive about this, cuz Im an experienced wi-fi gamer. friend codes only can be givin by the user him self, in voice (real life meeting em up) or voice chat (on the ds feature) or on your home computer by msg'ing em wuts his code. [center]

WiFi is what is gonna make this game stand out even more. I am looking forward to really good battles all the time. I don't really want to battle unexperienced trainers either...so it might be a slim few I will battle against on Wifi.

its a good thing that on wi-fi, you have "rivals" (The actual option in looking for opponets to battle) Those rivals have similar skills as you, if not, then better, so thats why Ima challenge everyone (but hating to battle the weak) but its so I can search for all the rivals that I have, so when I stocked up on rivals, I will just search for rivals around the world if they are searching for rivals as well, man I love wi-fi! XD [center]

I cant wait for the WiFi, so that I can battle people all over the US. I think it is by far the best idea for Pokemon in a while.

I agree that wi-fi is the best idea for pokemon, because think of the new types of battles you will have every day (if you do play it every day lol) [center]

Why wouldnt you play everyday? You get new batles everyday. So I am definately going WiFi all the time.
