I know that in order to get the National Dex,you need to have seen every pokemon.But,how do you find Manaphy,Mixe,and Azelf?

You don't need to find Manaphy, and the legendary trio are in their own lakes, but Mesprit runs from you, but before it does, you see what it looks like in a pic. box. then go chase Mesprit on your own will.
