Getting pikachew to fallow the character like in the older pokemon versions.

Most of the codes your looking 4 are in the pokemon Dimond/Pearl Action Replay codes.

Omg, I think buying an action replay was a waist of money.. I had to return mine about 5 times now.. Games keep deleting >.<

You Said You Didn't Want Max Stats But The Stats You Listed Are Pretty Much Maxxed lol And if you put them in the pc they will be erased. I did everything you asked except curious and eats anything i don't think you can edit that stuff if so idk how
