no your all wrong. to get darkrai with that cheat you need to go to the island with cressellia and then head right.

If you want to know the easiest way to get to Darkrai, just go to www.codejunkies.com for the walk through walls code.
When you reach Canalave City Head north. Above the Library. Upon running north you will see a little message saying you have entered the secret area. It should be Full Moon Island. There of-course you can get Cresselia. Once you reach Full-Moon Island, head right until you enter another secret area and then you will reach the island that houses Darkrai.
Edit:
There is also a code to get the item needed to activate the ferry to take you to the island where Darkrai is.....
The code is as follows:
Darkrai Event - Press L+R
94000130 fcff0000
b21c4d28 00000000
b0000004 00000000
0000aa3c EDB88320
2000aa68 00000008
d2000000 00000000
After using this code go to the locked hotel right above the Pokemon Center and it will activate the events for Darkrai.
