I just received a Palkia in a trade over GTS, and you know how when a Pokemon is shiny it has that little red star next to it in the picture in it's summary? Well, near where that would be there's this little red and yellow smiley face.
What does that mean?

And it can't receive Pokerus ever again, nor give it out to any others. It's cured, in a way.
The only way to preserve it is to store an infected Pokemon in a box.

If a Pokemon has a red star next to them, it means that they are shiny. Take your Palkia for example, by the red star, I know that your Palkia is pink instead of it's regular color.
May make random appearances every-so-often. Trying to officially return...
