You can do the GTS way of Cloning. I don't know the exact steps, so you might want to check Google.

No, Nintendo fixed it a while back. You can still do the glitch, Nintendo just made it harder to pull off. It's a glitch in every game, they can't fix it like you can a PC game and get a patch for it.

The only way i know how is action replay and it highly puts your game at risk i highly advise you not to do it my friend did and his game died.

Yeh, the best you could do is make an equal of your pokemon in Pokesav or something.

Action Replay hasn't hurt my game, and I've been using it for a few months. The cloning glitch might work. I've never heard of anyone ever pulling it off, though.
