I've got a Magnezone that is my first truely EV trained pokemon, with 252 in HP and 252 in Spc Attack. Although this does move points out of other stats, he could take down 60s at lvl 34. He (or it) has some great attacks and is shaping to become one of the most powerful I've ever made.
I'd just like to ask if putting all points into HP and Spc atk wasn't a mistake is all.

Well, it depends on its purpose and moveset. If you want to use Magnezone as an Attacker, that EV distribution does not fit. Whatever moveset it is, some Speed EV is always needed.

I have some nicely ev'ed pokemon although I dont have time for battles at the minute, Also if you want a strong ev'd poke go with garchomp or salamence, I Love mine they never let me down ;)

I have never tried to EV train a Pok�mon, though I have always wanted to. I don't ever think about doing it until after I have battled a few times and didn't remember who I had fought.
