ok so I know there is a way to do this but what is it. I went into Am square with a pokemon and my friend decided to be a Douch and save it. now I cant fly anywhere or use and Hm moves. What is the way to get this off?

I think you just have to leave Amity Square (walk past one of the ladies behind the counter). If you used an AR code or something, then you have to restart your game.
