Giratina's origin form stat change

Has anyone who statseen it's stats noticed how Giratina's origin form has a higher attack than it's altered form? I traded my D and P Giratinas to platinum, gave them the Griseous orb and leveled them the rest of the way up to 100 so they would have a higher attack stat. Then i remembered how deoxys's stats change when he changes form, so does that mean when i trade giratina back, i won't get the higher attack stat? Plz let me know .

when you level up a pokemon it will stay the same but i dont think you can have the orb when traded

The two forms of Giratina have had their Attack and Defense stats reversed.

I'll explain.

Base Attack.......100..............120(plus 20)
Base Defense......120..............100(minus 20)
Base Sp.Atk.......100..............120(plus 20)
Base Sp.Def.......120..............100(minus 20)

Ability.........pressure.........levitate.......
