Right! Lets kick of this Forum with some rules.
Rule 1. there are no rules!
Rule 2. allways obey the rules
Rule 3. five year olds are banned from this forum
We will start the case with my favourite pokemon, if you do not know what it is, then you must be five years old! Anyone want a guess to what it is? Here is some clues, He (or she) is only found at midnight, in the old chatue (my humble hunting ground) if you have got a GBA cartridge inseted, and have defeated the elite 4. Given up?

Rule 1. Rules are to always be followed on SuperCheats
Rule 2. You're right on that
Rule 3. Members, or anybody under the rank of Admin cannot ban people & if there were 5 years olds they'd be banned since the age minimum is 13. If you mean people like that aren't allowed to post here by your rules, you're wrong, anybody can post on SC as long as they're 13 or over.
Rule 4. There's already a thread like this in the Pokemon General Series forum, so this kind of thread is not needed anywhere.
Rule 5. You aren't supposed to make duplicates of topics since I seen you made 2 of this one.
So, this is one & the other thread are both Closed
