what's the fastest way to evolve riolu to lucario (making it like you quickly)

Snorlax is so fat, I thought it was a mountain when it was Blocking Rt. 16, ,so I tried climbing it

Every time I get a Lv.1 pokemon what evolves through happiness I give it the Exp. Share and then I search for pokemon to battle. I think my riolu evolved after growing to Lv.30.

My Riolu evolved at lvl 31, i put it at the front of my team so it came out first and played the story through as usual (I was up to the Team Galactic HQ) until it was about lvl 20, then i went and found pokemon it could beat on its own.

you get give it the exp. share until it hits ten then level it up until 15 without it then give it the exp. share back and it will evolve at 23-26
