Yeah it's still Team Galactic..
And I think it's gonna be kinda like R/S when Team Aqua/Magma try to use Groudon/Kyogre to (Insert reason here), but it goes wrong and they can't control them..

It all should be tha same, it was all in tact as it was. Maybe you could have another rival besides Dawn cause you never fight her, but tha dude should stay tha same.

Not only make a new plot, but make the storyline all around better, although thats easier said then done.
