Can some People give me some good movesets for weavile and Torterra

Weavile is my favorite pokemon I have one at lv 100 but I want a good moveset for wi fi battles same with torterra they are good in game but I dont think there movesets are good for Wi fi. Also what are some good pokemon to EV train weavile's speed or attack. Thanks for your help
