Oh, yes you can. 2 ways, one, trade a jhoto pokemon to kanto(I do know there's a way to do that, I just forgot.).Or use a gameshark. You turn the switch on when the battle starts.

You can trade things like Ditto, Pidgey, Zubat, Zapdos, Mew, Staryu, Abra, etc. from Joto to Kanto. But if there is a pokemon that is not in the original R/B, then it would probably be Togipi since it appeared in the original TV show.

I know you could trade a kanto pokemon to jhoto. Tunaice said in his post that you could trade a jhoto pokemon to kanto.

I believed him since he is like, the master of all glitches. And how would you trade Mew? Mew isn't REALLY in the game to catch at a given location.

The only way to do that is with a cheating device or cating it at that level in some kinda glitch.

my cousin did it by sticking a screwdriver into the game and stuffing with the wires.....he got weird pokemon doing that: it fused pokemon together to make things like a half snorlax, half pidgey......
