Yes, I mean where to catch them. Mostly where a Moon Stone is, where Tangela is, and where to get Likitung, Scyther, Jynx, Magmar, Pinsir, Tauros, and Porygon.

I know that porygon is in the game corner and pinser is in the safari zone. I think you obtain jynx ina trade, but I'm not really sure.

You can get Wigglytuff in the mystery dungeon after you defeat the elite 4. Wigglytuff is from level 55-60.

Porygon: Exchange 5000 coins for it in Celadon City.
