Because the contents in the HoF depend on the previous Trainer you've beaten because (I belive) the HoF is composed of the pokemon you battled to beat the E4, or at least when it's not messed up. Thusly the contents of the last person you battled will spill into your HoF, like if that person was Gary, and his pokemon data will spill in as well. I beat a swimmer who had 2 Horseas and I beat them with a Mewtwo (that was a waste of time) and some o the gitch writing said "JOEMewtwoLAND" and "HORSEALANDE CANDY."
JOE is my name (not in real life), Mewtwo is the name of my MEWTWO, and I was on Cinnabar IsLAND. Coincidal? I don't think so.

i see messed up missingno's, and different high or low level pokemon, i think ive seen just about everything! most of them are just pictures of pokemon, pixels and numbers and letters...

you cant find a pokemon on either of those levels, but the highest u can raise a pokemon is to level 250, by rare candies.

The only way to get a pokemon to lvl 250 is CHEATING.
The only way to get a pokemon to lvl 999 is CHEATING.
I wouldn't be surprised if you got a pokemon lvl 10000, it's a GLITCH, there IS NO LIMIT to the lvl of a pokemon.

MITB, i meant that the only way to get a pokemon to 250, it has to be a glitched one probably from the missigno cheat. then u MUST use rare candies to get it to lvl 250, otherwise it will just go back to lvl 100.
