hey does anyone know how to get through the Spilh Co. building in saffron? Its got the teleporters that you have to walk on! please help

okely dokely, this is an age old prob that everyone seems to get stuck on. here ya go:
ok, on the fifth storey i think it is, u have to let one of the rockets walk up to you, then once u beat them, go past and land on the tele-pad, then go back through it, and keep going, a little poke-ball item thing is the card key. now use the card key to get to other places u couldn't before, eventually you will reach a nurse, and other silph members, you are getting close now. after a little bit, you will face ur rival, beat him, and keep going, until you get to the end, and meet the rocket boss and others, talk to the head of silph after beating everyone, and you will get a master ball. also, after finishing silph, talk to silph workers to get items as a reward.

YOu havva go on the actual tele tab thign then walk acroos / behind whatever it is then you can get it :P
