Yes they do. Joslifer 1ns team:

Mr.Mime- Good for the level he's at.
Graveler- Good for now. Not really used for battling so much, more his HM's.

Raichu- Ditch thundershock. You already have thunderbolt.
Hypno- Great!
Charizard- Can anyone else learn Cut? IT dosen't look so good on charizard...
Seadra- Good. When you get it, teach it Ice Beam. I had a charizard, but traded it to yellow for it to get more EXP. My yellow version somehow got deleted,along with my charizard. Seadra was then my starter pokemon (my main man). He knew Ice Beam, Hydro Pump, Surf and Bubblebeam and never fainted once.

Overall Rating:7/10 (level all up to 100 and 10/10)

Raichu- Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Slam, Mega Punch. Just an opinion, but I think it's great.

Maybe you could teach your Raichu thunder.(a suggestion) It's not that accurate but it's a very powerful move.

OK! New team! The first ones I'm training (so they can evolve, and then I'll get rid of 'em) and the later ones are my power-Pokemon. So I don't lose any battles.

Duplicate your rare candies and use them on your pokemon, so they'll get to Lv. 100. 10/10

Actully, traing them to Lv. 100 instead of rare candying them to Lv. 100 will get them stronger! Train them that way and not by cheating (even though I am a cheater) 15/10

I'm gonna train 'em...I'll use Rare Candies to evolve them, then train my 6 best. Woo! I just caught a Lv. 140-something Missingno.!
