where is the silph co and how do u get the sliph scope/ wheree is it

First, get the Silph Scope from the underground Rocket HQ in the Game Corner. Then, go to the Pokemon Tower in Lavender. Once you get to the top and get the poke flute, go to Saffron, and go into the giant building (Silph Co.)

At the 'boss' at the end. You battle Giovanni (sp?) and you'll get it after you beat him.
General, if you're not using it, could I have the army for a few days?
