I have 193 and I've not got Action Replay or whatever. I just need to get Feebas, Milotic, Kingdra, evolve my Bagon a couple of times, and steal my brother's Sapphire version so I can get Latias and trade it onto my own version.

you can get jirachi with the pokemon collocium (i can't spell lol) bonus disk for the gamecube and hook up your pokemon ruby or sapphire (you have one right?) get jirachi and trade it to what ever version you need it in.(if it's emerald you need it in since you can't use it to put it in emerald)

#1-you probably have ruby or saphire
#2- if you don't you probably haven't unlocked notional mode which displacys the other 184.
#3- your pokedex on honnen mode acctually has 202. after rayquaza the other two are jirachi and deoxis.

ive seen about 190 or something and i own about 120 i need all of the others without using a gameshark, Action Replay, or anything else like discs and gamecube and stuff like that... can someone tell me how to get all of those other pokemon?... PLEASE?!?!?!?!
