first you need a pokeblocks case, a little girl in one of the contest halls (i forget which) gives you it, then take the berry you want and play berry blender with the NPC's and you will get a pokeblock, then go to key items in your bag and select pokeblock case and choose the berry that you want to feed your pokemon and select the pokemon you want to give it to.
