I have shiny hack in my pc, but my codes don't work anymore. I also checked shiny hack's summary and my game didn't freeze! I need some way of making my shiny hack work again!

You probably need to retype that code that changes the trainer name.
And not checking the Shiny Hack's summary is just a precaution in case something bad could happen.

Wouldn't know sorry, I don't have that code on my Action replay. Although I advise you turn off all other codes you are using, maybe that's the problem.
