I've missed getting the masterball... and Team Magma's cave is closed up!
Reyquaza won't weaken! I've got lvl 80 Sceptile and level 51 Groudon, nothing will kill it. And it always rests! Arrggg! And ultra balls do nothing!

try and get a pokemon with alot of dragon type moves.and try to poison or paralyze it,that helps too

or have your friend trade you master balls. My friend had a hacked game and has like 500 master balls on it and he gave me three :D

Umm teach Sceptile Dragon Claw and False Swipe, and level up a pokemon that can Paralyze it. Then use Dragon Claw till he's low, the false swipe until he's at 1 HP. Then switch to the paralyzing pokemon, paralyze it and then it's easy from there

yah, that confuses me because I had ruby like a year and half to 2 years ago and now I have emerald because I lost ruby and it's confusing.

yer sure is its dragon/flying type its week against dragon, ice and possibly rock moves so get a pokeon thats got them moves and it will we all good.

Well, yes he is weak to dragon AND ice, but ice is too powerful against him, so i'd suggest just using dragon

Buy an Action Replay and put cheats on. That's what I have. It works like a charm. Also if you don't want to do that get a level 60 something and use and ice move, preferably ice beam.
