100 Groudon Flamethrower, Earthquake, Solerbeam, Return {will ko you in no time flat}
100 Swampert Ice beam, Earthquake, Muddy water, Hydro pump.
100 Blaziken Overheat, Sky uppercut, Fire blast, Blaze kick.
100 Gyrados Flamethrower, Hydro pump, Thunder, Earthquake.
100 Delcatty Hyper beam, Ice beam, Solarbeam, Thunderbolt.
100 Castform Ice beam, Thunderbolt, Solarbeam, Flamethrower.

The way I see it your lucky we cant battle online.

groudon- it sucks you will not KO nothing with that..try this:

swords dance
earthquake
rock slide
return/brick break

swampert- drop muddy water and hydro pump for surf and curse

blaziken- try this:

swords dance
sky uppercut
earthquake
rock slide

gyarados- try this:

dragon dance
earthquake
HP flying
return/body slam

delcatty- delcatty is bad but if you want to keep it try this:

fake tears
thunderbolt
ice beam
sing

castform- the same thing as delcatty...if you want to keep it try this:

sunny day
flamethrower
solarbeam
ice beam

or this:

rain dance
thunder
weather ball
ice beam

Tredogg, Don't Triple Post. Don't Flame Mods, Don't use all capitals. You can battle people online, it's called Netbattle. And Your the Lucky one because you don't know how to.

If you took a team in a big as mess as that into NB you would get thrashed more times then you could imagine

Oh and Tredogg, quite frankly both of those Teams suck b@lls, Your lucky I didn't rate it because you wouldn't have even got a 3. And if you want to see my team, then I'll be more than happy to show you.

Raquaza: He is used to best potential as a Physical Sweeper, try this set

Dragon Dance
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Aerial Ace

Groudon: Once agan he should be a Physical Sweeper. So switch Flamethrower and Solar Beam with Ancient Power and Brick Break

Swampert: Rest over Brick Break, or you can breed for Curse

Manectric: You should use Crunch over Thunder and ten it will be fine. The only way you can get a decent moveset on Manectric is by breeding I'm sorry to say.

Exploud: He is a good Mixed Sweeper, Shadow Ball over Supersonic and it should be fine

Gyarados: You've got Dragon Dance but yet no Physical Moves, Put Earthquake and Return/Body Slam over Rain Dance and Thunder Bolt. Hydro Pump can stay although you might want to switch it for a Physical HP

Go battle a wild Kecleon on the route to the right of Fortree. Just incase you didn't know, because not many people do

Physical Types: Bug, Fighting, Flying, Ghost, Ground, Normal, Poison, Rock, Steel

Special Types: Dark, Dragon, Electric, Fire, Grass, Ice, Psychic, Water

Erm, just a few alternate options for you guys:

Swampert:
Curse
Earthquake
Ice Beam
Rest/Surf/Rock Slide/Brick Break

The reason I made Ice Beam compulsary as it's always a good move option, Swampert has pretty good Special Attack, and also helps him take out Grass pok�mon (which you will have big trouble with otherwise) if they don't have the sense to use an attacking Grass move on you and also Dragon types better (mainly Flygon because Rock Slide is bad on it) and Flying types if you don't have Rock Slide as the fourth move. Fourth move: Rest to restore HP, that should be the fourth move in Netbattle because you have no items, Surf for STAB, but you won't need it with Earthquake and Rock Slide can take out Charizard and Ho-oh if you ever battle them. Rock Slide for reasons already mentioned. Brick Break is another move thrown in if you can't get the other three (don't know how you couldn't though. I won't say Return, because I only like it on Normal types.

Pikachu:

Thunderbolt
Surf/Brick Break/HP Grass/HP Ice
Attract (better if Female)
Thunder Wave

Give it Light Ball to hold. Brick Break is an alternate move, mainly because Pikachu has actually better Attack than Special Attack (without Light Ball). I have no clue how to control Hidden Powers in-game or how to get Surf on it anyway. Works brilliantly. Evolve into Raichu.
